Film coated construction building template is a kind of building template. The surface is made of strong resistant phenolic resin impregnated by hot and hot pressure, and the surface is smooth and Bright . It is named "water form" because of the smooth surface of concrete. The main material are high-quality birch, poplar ,pine, fir, eucalyptus and other plate . Mainly applicable to high-rise buildings, shear walls, vertical wall panels and dams, tunnels and overpasses, arch bridges and other bridges, beams and other architectural templates. It has the following advantages: Light weight: more suitable for high-rise buildings and bridge construction.
The size is 2440 × 1220mm, or according to customers’demand.
No warping, no deformation, no cracking, water resistance, high turnover.
Easy to mold, only 1/7 of the steel mold.
Do water concrete: pour the surface of the building material smooth and beautiful, minus the wall plastering process, can be directly veneer decoration, reduce the duration of 30%.
Corrosive: do not pollute the concrete surface.
Insulation performance is good, is conducive to winter construction.
Can be made to change the plane of the template.
Good construction performance. Nails, saws, drilling and other performance is better than plywood, small steel.
