100 ton to 300 ton bridge erection crane beam launcher for highway or railway is to lift the prefabricated beam slice and put it on the prefabricated piers. Its main function is lifting the beam slice and transporting to the fixed position,so bride erecting machine belongs to the category of crane. But it is also have a big difference from the normal crane, its requirement is more higher and it walk on the beam slice(Longitudinal movable). This bridge machine is mainly used in the highway construction project.
The bridge erection crane is composed of main beam, crane, front legs, rear legs, the care, the front leg cylinders and fuel tanks and rear legs of the main beam, as well as the main girder before, during and after the cross connection of framework, control part is composed of hydraulic system, electric control system, this bridge erection crane has reasonable cross section, compact structure. Has the features of supported erect, fixed-point lifting, hoisting beam body good stability, high efficiency, safe and reliable, convenient adjustment, easy to operate etc.
