2 Ton Low Headroom Electric Hoistbreaks the traditional CD hoist design thinking. With modular design scheme as the theme. The lifting mechanism use planetary gear to adjust speed. The compact structure makes an easy installation for the drum and it is valid within the narrow electric hoist appearance size.
The 2 Ton Low Headroom Electric Hoistis the ideal solution to meet your toughest clearance requirements for special applications. Using special trolley frame with upper sheave and offset hoist machinery, lifting heights can be optimized. Allows for maximum hook height in tight clearance applications.

STANDARD FEATURES INCLUDE

1. Load capacities from 0.5 tonto 20Ton.

2. Trolley brake and bumper are standard with motorized trolley.

3. Hoist body is constructed of pressure-cast aluminum for light-weight and easy handling.

4. Epoxy paint for corrosion resistance and ribbed for better heat dissipation.

5. All models are equipped with a torque-limiting device for hoist overload protection.

6. Upper and lower limit switches.

7. The friction-type torque limiter is integrated with the brake to insure that the load is always stopped when the control button is released.

8. Hoist motor thermal protection.
