Product Description PPR Hot and Cold Water Pipe Production Line Features:1. Screw Type: special single screw extruder for polyolefin with high extruding speed and effective plasticization. Separation mixing screw specialized for polyolefin.2. Extrusion Type: specially designed three co-extruding die, reasonable channel, smooth outside and inside wall, and little internal stress.3. Pipe Dia: 16mm to 160mm, extruding speed 16 m/min.4. Final Products: HDPE silicon core tube, ordinary PP-R, PE and PEX pipes.Processing flow of PPR water pipe production line:Raw material + additive → mixing → vacuum feeding machine → hopper dryer → single screw extruder → color code extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → cooling tank → haul-off machine → cutting machine → discharging rackPPR Pipe Extruder Machine Technical Specification:
