On-line Combustible Gas Detector
Titan measuring range of 0-100%LEL on-line infrared combustible gas detector, widely used in petroleum, chemical, refining, gas transmission and distribution industries. The detector can monitor the gas concentration (%LEL), and output bus signal (two wire system, four wire system) or 4~ 20mA current signal, highlight LED display, three kinds of alarm, alarm point full range setting. When infrared remote controller is used for calibration, calibration can be set according to the concentration of calibration gas.
Shape Structure of On-line Combustible Gas Detector
The detector consists of a housing, a sensor suite and a display module. The shell is mainly composed of upper cover, glass, glass pressure ring, bottom box and dust cover. The shell plays the role of flameproof and protection. Display module components are mainly composed of circuit board and display mask. The sensor suite consists of a sensor module, a header body and a header mounting seat. The sensor module is directly connected with the detector housing through the anti-misinsertion standard digital interface.
