The deoxygenation equipment through hydrogenation makes use of common purity nitrogen as the taw material and through deoxygenation by hydrogenation accompanied by catalysts, cooling, adsorption and dryness, and finally, filtering of impurity, water and dust in the nitrogen gas to get high purity nitrogen.
