Series ZYB Multi-function is special for purifying and regenerating the old or unqualified or seriously deteriorated insulating oils when power transformers below 220 kV.
The Series ZYB not only provides regular oil purification such as degassing, dehydration and particles removal but also can remove polar material, acidity, sludge, hydrocarbons, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration.
This is accomplished by the use of high vacuum degasification technology, special oil regeneration system application and particulate filters combined with our special brand of earth. After treating, the oil can be reused as new so as to protect the electrical equipments working safely and normally.
Meanwhile, this machine can be as a dryer and oiling machine for drying the electrical apparatus, and filling the insulating oil into the transformer under the vacuum situation. So it is very suitable for electrical apparatus manufacture factory, power station, power supply department, transformer in railroad station and other departments.

- UKGtechnology by which the trace water that is show chain, such as dissolved water, can be removed effectively.
- High precision and multi-stage filtration process, remove various size of particles and impurities.
- Besides the common vacuum oil purifier's function of dewatering, degassing and eliminating impurities, this machine can regenerate the seriously deteriorated oil by removing the polarity materials, such as the deep oxides, free carbon from the oil effectively. It can make the seriously deteriorated oil reach to the normal index, like anti-oxides, acid- alkali, water-solubility
- Advanced infrared liquid-level automatic control system to accomplish fully automatic control.
