Steel Belt Drum System

There are drums on the tight end and drive end for each,Website:, whose diameter is 1000mm. Both sides of the drum use material Q235, with orange anti-rust paint. The material of drum's surface is AISI304. Having been polished, the drums will not damage the surface of the steel belt. The drum is balanced in static state. On the surface, there is geometry radian, which prevents steel belt from going off center. Drum's bearing block adopts rolling-motion rail. It has automatic compensation equipments and manual error-correction equipments, which are used for preventing spring loaded steel belt from going off center. The drum adopts gear hollow shaft and direct-connection bearing unit.
