The hydraulic system adopts  double proportional control with liquid pressure and liquid flow, which makes pressure speed can be adjusted flexibly with high stability.The electrical system uses PLC controlling, displayed bilingually in both, Chinese and English language;adopting two root displacement sensors makes high precision injection, sensitive and delicate. For PET injection machine: large Screw L/D ratio, large plastic torque,large Space between tie-bars and long toggle stroke.Injection machine operation plane is equipped with a mechanical safety device, two electrical safety devices to ensure operator safety, while electrical components and wiring comply with the CE certification.The mold is designed by our special mold center, using high-quality materials processing. Especially preform mold adopts hot runner technology or self-locking structure.
