First, the structure
The electric double-girder gantry crane 25 ton is composed of the running mechanism of the cart, the lower beam, the legs, the driver's cab, the main beam, the trolley running mechanism, the hoisting mechanism, the escalator, the electric appliance, etc. The following is a brief introduction.
1. Large car operating mechanism
It is mainly composed of a lower beam and a trolley. The trolley is composed of an active wheel set and a driven wheel set. The running mechanism includes a motor, a reducer, a gear, and a wheel set.
2. Legs
The steel is made of steel and then welded into a cage mechanism. The lower end is connected to the lower beam, and the upper end is connected to the main beam bolt through a flange.
3. Driver's room
The skeleton is made of steel, the outer shell is welded to the skeleton by thin steel plates, the cab is closed by a folding line, and the electrical appliances, power distribution cabinets and lines of the operating mechanism are generally located in the driver's cab.
Main beam
The steel is welded to the steel plate, and is generally welded into a truss triangle. On the main beam, there is also a trolley running rail.
5. Car running mechanism
The main components are similar to the running mechanism of the cart. The electric motor is driven by the reducer, and the pinion gear on the reducer is transmitted to the large gear to realize the round-trip travel of the trolley.
6. Lifting mechanism
It is installed on the small frame, and the lifting movement is realized by the hoisting machine and the matching fixed pulley, moving pulley or hook.
