Interior Stiffener Grain Silo
Detailed description 1. Features a. The stiffener is installed in the inner side of the silo for strengthening the robustness of the silob. All steel plates are galvanized sheet, and all components are standard and replaceable. The users can change the damaged parts easily and prolong the service life of the steel silo. We strictly obey the related national standards during the process of engineering, fabrication, installation and application. c. It can be modified and removed, which is quite suitable for the users who rent the field, having the advantages of quick installation and low investment. d. The height and diameter of steel silo could be chosen in large scope, and the distance between two silos is less than 2000px, with small foot print and good adaptability. Its maximum capacity is as high as 17000t that brings absolute economic advantages to large oil factory and wharf. e. During the normal process of application, the temperature measuring system will alarm timely and inform that there is the danger in some position of the grain if the internal temperature of silo increases to critical point due to the high moisture in grain, so that the silo shall be well ventilated.f. The diameter of steel silo could be freely selected at the range of 2.7-32m. 2. ApplicationsThe silo could have granular, powdered, and liquid materials stored in it and have been widely used in grain, edible oil, chemical industry, distillery, pharmaceuticals, food, cement and waste water treatment industry. The applicable materials includes: grains (soybean, corn, wheat, barley, oats, wheat germ, rice, paddy, rapeseed, rice husk, castor seeds and sunflower seeds,etc.) and building materials (cement, pulverized coal ash, chamotte, slag, gravel, quick lime, slaked lime, gypsum, etc.) 3. Structure It consists of : top of silo, wall of silo, reinforced rib, high strength bolts and mastic for aviation a. Top of siloThe assembled top is constructed by load-bearing purlin and cover plate made of galvanized steel sheet with natural ventilated hole, and this unique structure ensures its good seal and rain resistance. b. Wall of siloAll steel plates are well hot galvanized and high strength bolts are used to connect two neighbored steel plates. We use sealant specially for aviation so as to ensure the good strength of the silo and sealing performancec. Reinforced ribsWe install longitudinal reinforced ribs in the silo in order to increase its stability, and all ribs are Z-shaped steel parts. The reinforced ribs are connected with the wall of silo with high strength bolts.
