Test Procedures
Measure and record the initial light transmittance of the photovoltaic module before testing
Install samples inside the chamber at a 45° angle relative to the horizontal plane and secure firmly
Conduct dust blowing, sand blowing, and dust deposition tests sequentially
Dust blowing stage: 6 hours at 23 ℃, with optional high-temperature dust blowing at 60 ℃
Sand blowing stage: high-speed sand blowing at 18–29 m/s under 60 ℃ conditions
Dust deposition stage: static settling for 3 days at 23 ℃ ±2 ℃
Clean and dry the samples after completion of all test stages
Re-measure light transmittance and calculate the attenuation rate
Maintenance Information
Regularly clean the dust circulation system, dust storage tank, and collection box to prevent accumulation and blockage
Inspect fans, heating elements, and airflow channels periodically to ensure stable airflow performance
Check seals, observation windows, and electrical connections for wear or aging
Replace dust powder and filters according to usage frequency and test standards
Perform calibration of wind speed and dust concentration measurement systems as required by test protocols
