酸雾吸收器(酸雾净化塔,酸雾吸收塔,酸雾净化器)，是适合于多种有害废气的治理设备。它不仅适用范围广，而且净化效率高(h>95%),设备阻力低(400-600pa)运行费用低，凡在使用本设备的场合，都达到国家排放标准。

适用范围

酸性气体:硫酸，盐酸，硝酸，氢氟酸等;

碱性气体:氢氧化钠，氢氧化钾，氨气等;

有机气体:苯类，醇类，酚类等。治理不同的有害气体采用不同的吸收液

工作原理

废气净化塔(酸雾净化塔,酸雾吸收塔,酸雾净化器)由塔体，液箱，喷雾系统、填料，气液分离器等构成，根据介质不同，可选用PVC、PP、玻璃钢、碳钢、不锈钢制造。废气由下部进风口进入塔体，然后通过填料层和喷雾装置使废气被液净化，净化后的气体再经气液分离器，由通风机排至大气，喷雾系统采用了美国HHSJ型喷头，雾化效果好，从而具有突出的净化效果。
