Spherical crown shape spargers
are devices typically used in various industrial applications, particularly in aeration, liquid mixing, or gas injection processes. The sparger has a spherical crown shape, which helps to efficiently disperse gas or air into a liquid, often improving the mixing process in chemical reactors, wastewater treatment plants, fermentation tanks, or other liquid processing systems. The product is welded by titanium spherical part, dense titanium disc and dense titanium connection. The spherical part is sintered with high-purity titanium powder.
