SWT-MA1200 HDPE Fittings Fabrication Machine
includes:
*A machine body with two working tables, both driven by hydraulic system;
*A operation panel with automatically control system makes whole welding process in a simple, efficient and precise way. After setting the welding data (SDR, Pipe diameter, Standard requirement ), the welding machine will start welding automatically, so that the operator`s could mainly focus on the welding process, stay away from other interference. And the build-in memory could record welding process and report it to the operator by transferring the data from operation panel to computer by USB connection, or automatically read out by connecting a printer;
*A milling cutter with hydraulic movement in/out, started by a electrical motor;
*A Teflon coated heating plate with hydraulic movement in/out;
*With full set of aluminum inserts and steel clamps, which make fittings elbows, tees and crosses.
Available options:
Wyes clamps φ1000 (45°and 60°): inserts from 630mm to 900mm
Clamps for welding flange necks
Imperial inserts
Hydraulic open/close elbows clamp
Hydraulic open/close tees and crosses clamp
Hydraulic locking
