Detail of Fusion Belt for Oshima Machine
Fusion belt for Oshima machine is made of high quality fiberglass yarn knitted by unique equipment and coated with fine PTFE resin. The seamless belt is high temperature resistant up to 260℃, it overcomes the shortcomings of traditional fusing machine belt with joint such as ruptures and deflecting at the joint due to different girth on two sides. Thickness of the seamless belt always around 0.35-0.40mm, surface is smooth and nonstick, can be anti-static if needed. This seamless fusion beltis normally used in Oshima and Hashima machines.

Fusing machine belt is designed for fusing machine, bonding machine, hot lining machine and laminating mahine like Oshima fusing machine, Hashima fusing machine, Viet fusing machine, Meyer fusing machine, Macpi machine and Kannegiesser machine.
Edge of Fusion belt is easy to be worn out, we will use PTFE coated fiberglass fabricor PTFE coated Kevlar fabric to make edge reinforcement. Tracking acid like PTFE cord and Kevlar cord can be sewed along the edge to prevent belt running off center.
