Product Name: Water Based Release Agent for fluorine rubberProduct Type: 749AProduct Feature:1. Water based concentrated emulsion, with good high temperature stability and excellent lubrication demolding performance.2. Does not contain organic silicon components, non-toxic non flammable, does not affect the secondary processing, such as bonding, color coating, etc.Scope of application:It’s suitable for mold release of hot pressing molding products, such as rubber, plastics, composite materials, etc.Using method:1. Before the use, it’s diluted by deionized water with a 1:20 solution, the best ratio should be determined by the test, in order to avoid excessive use.2. Spraying method, the solution will be evenly sprayed in the hot mold cavity, then can start production.3. The solution should be just prepared when use it, and can’t be rewinded back again, should keep the container sealed, can’t be mixed with other release agent or acidic and alkaline substances.Packing, Storage and Transport:1. 25kg or 200kg per drum2. Transport as the non-hazard goods, stored in the warehouse under 2-42℃, and prevent freezing.3. Properly use it can’t cause the damage, if need the full details, please ask us MSDS. Shelf Life:6 months
