This machine is used for packing paper boxes, trademark punching, indent and embossing, especially for high level printing products, like cigerate box, wine box, gift box, dialy use box, makeup box etc. It could make the embossing have three-dimension effect and beautiful.
1.Feeding unit: applying the lift chain design and sensor check to ensure stable run and every sheet into next unit.
2. Position unit: applying high accurate camera to make the position to ensure the punching accuracy is ±0.1mm.
3. Transfer unit: applying the advanced guide screw to make sure the material tranport stably and accurately.
4.Applying the camera to make the position and the PC control to ensure operating easily and fast.
5. This machine could realize the paper feeding, die cutting, gold stamping, paper collecting automatically. It has displaying the error, online sampling functions etc. The die cutting strength is big, the packing is accurate.
6. The capacity is 3000 sheets/hour.
