Sintered silicon carbide (SiC) ceramic is a new kind of bulletproof ceramic material, with low density, high strength, high hardness, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and other excellent performances.
The sintered silicon carbide ceramics we produced is made of purity sub-micron silicon carbide powder according to the advanced formula imported from abroad. It’s produced out after spraying granulation, pressure molding and sintered in the high temperature vacuum. As the structure inside is compact, small grains, the bulletproof performance of this product is superior. The ballistic insert plates made of our silicon carbide can reach the standard of NIJ0101.06 level III、level V, GA141-2010-V,BR-V,etc. proofed by shooting test for many times.
