Application:
It is used for treating the unqualified turbine oil, especially the seriously emulsified turbine oil. Widely applied to turbine, gas turbine and hydraulic turbine online oil treatment in the power, chemical, papermaking and metallurgic industries. This series, which can rapidly and effectively remove the water, gas and impurities aiming at turbine oil’s nature of high water content, easily emulsified and high impurity content, make the oil reach new oil standard.
Features:
1. Breaking emulsification thoroughly by means of polymeric material.
2. Dewatering high-effectively with once and for two steps dehydrator method, TY series can thoroughly remove the liquid water, free water and 80% of dissolved water. It used the coalescence and separation technique and Duplex stereo-evaporation technology which has strong ability to break emulsion and remove water from the oil.
3. With zhongneng’s distinctive removing impurities technique filtering through double FH trapezoidal network and absorbing by polymeric material, this machine can make the surpass or equal to 200 and make the cleanness not surpass grade 6 (NAS1638). Precise multi-stage filtration system help removes different kinds of impurities.
4. With the trapezoidal, spiral, automatic back flushing system.
5. With the advanced dielectric condensation devices.
6. The machine adopt Carbon fiber infrared heating system which can heating the oil speedy , stable and uniform.
7. Advanced infrared oil level control system and pressure protection device make operation simple and safe.
8. It can purify any kinds of turbine oil used in steam turbine and water turbine online and onsite.
9. Advanced dielectric condensation cooling system helps cool down air and gases from the flash distillation column so as to extend the service life of vacuum pump, avoiding the inconvenience of water cooling.
10. The machine can also be installed with digital flow meter to calculate and record the value of output oil .(It is optional).
11. The Automatic oil purifier model is installed with PLC (Programmable logical control system) which can control the equipment automatically to every stage of its process and ensure its process and ensure its safe operation on site and on line without human supervision.
12. The equipment is installed with auto alarming system, it will give out alarm and stop the whole machine when electrical motor is overloaded, vacuum pump and oil pump overloaded, heater overloaded and pressure abnormal.
