Test Procedures

1. Place the test sample into the fixture and secure it.

2. Tilt the fixture to the marked position and lock it.

3. Lock the door of the impact chamber.

4. Pour the prepared crushed stone into the stainless steel funnel, turn on the power switch, access the LCD screen interface, and set the impact time and impact pressure.

5. Open the funnel valve. The high-speed airflow at the bottom of the feed port creates a vacuum.

The crushed stone is sucked into the jet gun assembly, and the jet stream is directed towards the test sample inside the chamber. After impacting the test target, the crushed stone falls into the gravel collection box.

6. After the test is completed, open the test chamber door, remove the sample, and analyze the degree of damage to the sample to determine the quality of its stone impact resistance.
