Coolant pulsation testing equipment for cooling systems
The PVT Coolant Pulse Test Machine is designed for testing automotive cooling components, with a particular focus on rubber coolant hoses. It integrates linear vibration and eccentric rotation mechanisms, enabling automatic leak detection and leak testing. Test Procedures
Install the component to be tested in the test chamber.
Connect the test medium (glycol/water) and set the desired flow rate.
Configure test parameters including pressure range, linear/eccentric motion frequency, and temperature range.
Start the test via the Windows/LabView control unit.
Monitor real-time data for pressure, temperature, and leak detection.
The machine will automatically stop and alert you if a sample fails.
Record and export test results for analysis.
Maintenance Information
Regularly check and clean the recirculation pump and medium lines to prevent blockages.
Inspect motion actuators for wear and lubricate as recommended.
Calibrate pressure and temperature sensors periodically to ensure accurate testing.
Clean the test chamber and remove any residue from previous tests.
Update the control software and verify data acquisition integrity.
