Test Procedures
1. Preparation Stage
Select standard glass adhesive tape and adjust the pressure roller testing machine according to the established parameters.
2. Bonding Stage
Use the adhesive tape roller to firmly bond the glass adhesive tape to the ink-printed surface of the sample, ensuring no air bubbles are generated.
3. Conditioning Stage
Allow the bonded sample to stand under specified conditions for a period of time to allow the ink layer to fully bond with the substrate.
4. Peel Test
Start the testing machine and perform the peel test, observing and recording the peeling condition of the ink layer.
5. Result Analysis
Based on the peel test results, evaluate the adhesion strength of the printed ink layer to provide a basis for product quality control.
