Test Procedures
1. Sample Preparation
Take the diesel sample to be processed, confirm its condition (no risk of serious impurities clogging), and transfer it to the instrument's mixing container in the required quantity.
2. Instrument Settings
Turn on the instrument power and set the mixing parameters according to the sample processing requirements (e.g., stirring speed, mixing time; if temperature control is included, set the target temperature).
3. Sample Mixing
Secure the container containing the diesel sample to the instrument and start the mixing program to homogenize the sample (dispersing free water and solid particles).
4. Sample Removal
ter mixing is complete, stop the instrument and remove the homogenized diesel sample from the mixing container for subsequent analysis of water, ash, and sulfur content.
5. Instrument Cleaning
After sample processing, clean the mixing container and contact parts, turn off the instrument power, and record the operation information.
