Test Procedures
Sample Preparation:
Select a representative test panel in accordance with ISO 15528.
Inspect and prepare each sample according to ISO 1513.
Test Panel Setup:
Ensure the test panel is flat, deformation-free, and conforms to required dimensions.
Panel thickness should be 0.5–5 mm; for other thicknesses, adjust the brush depth and angle via the panel holder.
Testing Procedure:
Conduct the test at room temperature (20–30°C).
Determine the testing area for each device using a control panel, especially after replacing the electric brush. The gloss difference between the test area and the scratch region should not exceed 15 gloss units.
Exclude evaluation within 5 cm from panel edges or along at least 3 cm parallel to the panel movement direction.
Before testing, run the simulator without any test panels for 10 wash cycles (10 bi-directional operations) to evenly distribute the washing suspension and ensure uniform thickness across test areas.
Maintenance Information
Regularly clean brushes and nozzles to prevent residue build-up
Verify rotation speed, feed rate, and spray flow before each test
Replace worn bristles and check brush alignment periodically
Calibrate control system according to manufacturer recommendations
