The fire retardant wood stack method combustion test device is developed based on GA/T42.1 standard. The MDF-1 type is designed to test the combustion quality loss rate and flame burning time of flame-retardant-impregnated wood with a thickness over 20mm, used in production and engineering, under specified conditions.
Application
This standard is applicable to testing the mass loss rate and flaming combustion time of various types of wood used in production and engineering, with a thickness of 20 mm or more, after flame-retardant impregnation treatment, under specified combustion conditions.

Features
Sheet metal spray paint treatment, aesthetically pleasing and corrosion-resistant
Heat-resistant glass door for easy observation of internal test conditions
Internal fixtures are all made of stainless steel
Power switch for supplying or cutting off power
Electronic ignition
Infinitely adjustable ignition time, digital display of sample burning time
Burner applies flame to the test specimen for 3 minutes
Temperature at the top opening of the flame protection cover: (310 ± 10) ℃
Flow meter indicates gas flow rate
Gas flow meter: Flow range (0.025-0.25) m³/h
Digital timer: 0-24 min, 1s increment
Ignition time of the burner to the sample is 3 minutes
Flame height approximately 250mm, temperature (310 ± 10) ℃
The burner consists of a 50mm diameter nozzle, regulating valve, and shut-off valve
Thermocouple: 3mm outer diameter nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon armored thermocouple, accuracy class II
