Introduction：Garment Laser Cutting MachineCW-1610 is equipped with imported high-precision linear cutguide rails, imported Raytheon stepping motors and drivers, and honeycomb backplane; dual-head device can be used, and the software adopts a good independent R&D control software to realize dual laser heads. The separate adjustment of power has solved the problem that the power cannot be adjusted in the past. This machine is widely used in clothing, leather, patch embroidery and other industries.
Applicable Field：It is mainly used in clothing industry to cut pieces of cut-out garments, to cut flower petals for clothes, to cut holes in clothes, to open seven materials for leather goods, to cut wedding materials, to cut various textile fabrics, to openwork, to cut flowers, and so on.
Materials Applicable：Non-metallic materials such as leather fabrics, wood products, textile fabrics, bridal fabrics, and woolen materials.So we can also call it co2 laser cutting machine.
Working Theory
After the laser is generated by the laser, it is transmitted by the reflector and irradiated through the focusing lens onto the processed article, so that the processed article (surface) is subjected to a strong thermal energy and the temperature is increased sharply, so that the shop rapidly melts or vaporizes due to the high temperature, and cooperates with the laser head. Running trajectory to achieve the purpose of processing.
