What is Pramiracetam?
This supplement is a fat soluble member of the Racetam family that was initially developed in Belgium during the 1970’s.It is actually derived from the original Racetam, but has an increased potency (it is up to thirty times as strong as Piracetam).
Pramiracetam has become a very popular Nootropic supplement and is used in many different countries.In some cases it is even prescribed for medical use, although it is more commonly taken with the expectation of helping to improve memory and cognition.
How Does Pramiracetam Work?
Pramiracetam works in a fashion that is similar to most other Nootropics. It is very effective at enhancing brain metabolism by stimulating oxidative catabolism and increasing energy levels by improving ATP turnover and cAMP levels within the brain.
Other interesting methods of action include increasing phospholipid metabolism and protein biosynthesis.

Although these mechanisms of actions are not fully understood, it is thought that the supplement helps to improve the reuptake and efficiency of these channels.
