With the increasing maturity of aviation technology, the flame retardant performance tester of aviation materials has been paid more and more attention. Testech airborne material flame combustion tester is designed and developed according to relevant international and domestic standards, using large-scale gas burners imported from the United States and related standards. At present, it is gradually adopted by the domestic authoritative aviation research institute. The equipment is a multi-functional combined test bench; it can realize the combustion of large-scale combustible gas burners and small-scale gas burners to carry out relevant combustion tests on airborne equipment, accessories and structural parts in the designated fire area of the aircraft. The test samples include cables and electrical connectors, Structural parts such as hoses and pneumatic components. The latest second-generation burner of Testech is newly designed according to the latest FAA requirements. It makes up for the discontinuation of the first-generation burner prototype burner manufacturer and the defect of the first-generation burner's temperature and heat instability. This burner fully meets the FAA-related combustion tests for different aircraft materials.

Fire resistance test device for aviation pipeline components:

1. The test frame is made of stainless steel sheet metal, which is beautiful and corrosion-resistant. The standard specifies an oval heating port, and the burner can be automatically ignited; the size of the burner cone: the length is (305±3) mm. The opening size is width (280±3) mm and height (152±3) mm.

2. The burner adopts stainless steel structure and consists of main components such as air pressure regulator, turbulator, combustion pipe, oil pipe, igniter, conical flame outlet and so on.

3. Equipped with fuel pressure gauge, fuel pressure acquisition, fuel solenoid valve, fuel flow adjustment, fuel temperature detection device, air pressure regulating valve, air pressure gauge, air pressure acquisition, and air temperature detection device.

4. Equipped with a large-capacity fuel storage tank, which can meet the long-term test conditions.

5. The air pressure oil supply system is superior to the ordinary oil pump, and the fuel flow is stable without oil leakage.

6. The oil pressure regulator should be able to adjust the fuel flow to 0-10 gp/h.

7. The angle of the burner can be changed manually, 0°, 45°, 90°. It is convenient to operate at different angles.

8. The fuel used by the burner is aviation kerosene which is easier to buy in the market.

9. Equipped with imported fuel burner nozzles from the United States;

10. Equipped with a water flow copper tube calibration device for calibrating the flame heat of the burner;

11. Equipped with several imported high temperature thermocouples to calibrate the flame temperature of the burner;

12. The flame temperature that the oil burner can provide is not lower than: 1100±80℃.

13. The flame heat flow provided by the oil burner is not less than: 116kw/m2

14. Equipped with independent computer control system, equipped with Labview Taistech special test software.

15. Equipped with a large water tank, which can provide the required flow during the test.
