Main uses:
Shoelace wear tester is mainly used to evaluate the durability and wear resistance of shoelaces. In the test, the LACES are usually fixed to a fixture and subjected to a series of friction and tension tests to simulate the wear and tear of the LACES during wearing and daily use. By observing the characteristics of shoelaces such as stretching, breaking and surface wear, the durability of shoelaces can be determined and help improve the material and structural design of shoelaces. The instrument is suitable for footwear manufacturing and sports goods, and can test the wear resistance of woven shoelaces made of various materials such as cotton, hemp and chemical fiber.

Technical parameters:
Number of tests: Generally multi-group, such as 6-group, in order to test multiple shoelaces at the same time.
Weight: Used to simulate the tension of shoelaces during use, generally 455±5g or other specific weight, such as 250±1g （different models may vary）。
Test stroke: that is, the moving distance of the fixture during the test, generally 76±2mm.
Experimental speed: indicates the moving speed of the fixture during the test, which is generally 100±5 times /min to simulate the friction frequency of the shoelace in use.
Other parameters: such as the size of the fiberboard （such as 25×25×3mm）， the diameter of the eye hole （such as Φ4.5mm）， the volume of the instrument, the weight and the power supply.
