Ultrasonic spray drying nozzle is a specific ultrasonic spray nozzle for ultrasonic spray drying to prepare fine powder. It has self-air cooling channel inside and is able to easily connect to various existing spray dryers. It can uniformly atomize and spray the precursor solution or suspension into the spray dryer to produce fine powder, which is the atomizing device in the ultrasonic spray drying system. The ultrasonic spray drying nozzle has a special interface design to install on various existing spray dryers. In addition, it also has built-in thermal couple inside which can real-time monitor the operating temperature of the ultrasonic drying nozzle. Ultrasonic spray drying nozzles can be used in R&D and pilot-scale spray drying systems to produce ultra-fine powder. Siansonic can provide customized ultrasonic atomizer depending on customers’ requirements in order to fit existing spray drying system.
