Aluminum Sheet Wood Grain Transfer Machine
Function:
1.To adopt single vacuum head suction, this machine improves complicated and difficult transfer craft, improves output greatly at the same time and reduces consumption of wood paper.
2.Dividing wood paper into strips according to the size of aluminum profile and packaging the profile.
3.Putting the aluminum profile into insulation bag film, one head of the bag film is tied by vacuum suction head, and the other head is tied by the other which can resist high temperature.
4.Open vacuum pump and vacuum head, make vacuum, and convey aluminum profile into the
furnace at the same time.
5.Heating and transferring, after reaching setting transfer time, trolley will convey aluminum profile out of the furnace automatically.
6.Remove insulation bag film and wood paper, you will see clear wood grain
