WL99-ⅢBagged Cement Counter is a kind of automatic instrument used for the exact counting of bags of cement passing the belt conveyor. The instrument is adopted with the techniques such as the control of single chip microcomputer (SCM), set up of digital switch, luminance LED display and photoelectric isolation of counting signal, etc. featuring of strong anti-interference, precise counting, high speed and durability, and this instrument applies to be used for reminding of the quantity for loading the vehicle and counting the total amount of production, etc. Compared with conventional counter of cement bags, this bagged cement counter possesses more precise and quick counting function and high reliability due to the use of “the method of irregular continuous cement bags compensation” and “the method of two-pass belt speed compensation”.
Take a cement factory with annual production capacity of one million ton for example, 0.5% error equals 100000 cement bags (1000000 ton * 20 bag * 0.5%); based on 10 yuan of each bag of cement, the annual loss will be one million yuan for this error, which are beyond doubt huge losses for cement manufacturers and may reduce enterprise credit and client trust.
For this problem, through research on the characteristics of belt conveyor and analysis of the cause of error, WL99-Ⅲ bagged cement counter is designed with “the method of two-pass belt speed compensation” for intelligent fuzzy optimization process of the detected cement bags, which effectively absorbs redundant interference signals and is intelligent to identify continuous cement bags and small stacking bags to achieve precise counting of cement bags passing the belt conveyor.
