Continuous sandwich panel line is mainly composed of Decoilers, Hydraulic Clipping machine, forming machine, film-covering installations, PU foaming machine unit, mobile injector, pre-heating installation, double-belt laminator, one set of plastic blocks supporting corrugation skin, one hot-air circulator, one set of side chemical stopper, one auomatic cutting machine, roller comveyor, steel platform, powered roller conveyor and auto control etc
This production line, with the high production rate and automation, accurate synchronization, is extremely appropriate for polyurethane sandwich panel production in a large scale, which is prior in constructing high quality large-size buildings.

1. Speed of production line: Max. 8.6 m/min ( frequency conversion to adjust speed)
2 The Dimension of the production line: about 100m x 18m x 6m
3. Total Power of the production line: about 350 KW
4. Thickness of steel sheet: 0.4-0.6mm
5. Length of the whole production line : about 100 m
6. Thickness of PU sandwich panel: 30-200mm
7. Length of double belt conveyer: 24m
