Die Casting Lighting
Qiyun die casting workshop is equipped with 9200-280T cold room die casting machines, one for 1600T, 800T and 500T; automatic soup, sprayer, parts, mold thermometer and water cooling oil cooling system, automatic die casting production, material proof, commissioning report, drawings, spare parts, mold instructions, qualified test plate, sample size report.
Equipped with three coordinate detector and conventional testing equipment to conduct full size testing of key parts of mold production to ensure the stability of quality. Qiyun has built a special mold test workshop, aiming to fully find problems and completely improve problems through the small batch trial production process, put an end to bringing problems to customer mass production, to ensure the mold in place immediate mass production.
