Plow Unloader SXBMD-LT
The plow unloader is mainly composed of valve body, valve shaft, valve gate, crank mechanism and electric-hydraulic thruster, etc. The straight reciprocating motion of the electric-hydraulic thruster will drive the valve shaft and valve gate to swing in a certain angle through the crank during working to achieve the purpose of controlling material flow direction and conveying material.

- Compact structure, light weight, power saving, low noise, simple installation;
- The matched power source is electric-hydraulic thruster or electro-hydraulic angle converter, which is fastand flexible in opening and closing, with load starting ability and overload automatic protection function, thepushing and pulling force can achieve stepless adjustment, the driving force scope is wide, and can adjustthe reciprocating stroke precisely;
- Suitable for the conveyance of all kinds of materials, such as coal, coke, sinter, salt, iron ore and fertilizer,
- and widely applied in thermal power plants, iron and steel plants, cement plants, fertilizer plants, coking plants, coal cleaning plants, coal mines, petrochemical plants, mining, paper mills, chemical plants, terminal transfer stations and other industries.
