Profile Extrusion Line
Profile extrusion line includes mainframe, screw mould and corresponding auxiliary machine, which can produce various profiles, such as PVC, ABS, PP, PE, PC and other profiles.
Features:
1. According to the requirements of users,mold design, can produce various specifications, different shapes of plastic pipe and different products.
2. Mature screw design, good extrusion and plasticization performance, no rough edges, high pass rate.
3. Vacuum water circulation cooling system, environmental protection and energy saving.
4. It is more convenient and faster to change the die head.
Plastic extrusion profile equipment is mainly used for plastic doors and windows profiles, plastic decorative plates, PVC foam profiles and other plastic products.
