Fully Automatic AC/DC High - Voltage Tester for Wires and Cables
The fully automatic AC/DC high - voltage tester for wires and cables is specially used to test the insulation between wire cores or between wire cores and outer sheaths of finished wire and cable products, as well as optical fiber and optical cable products.During operation, voltage is applied to the test piece and gradually increased to the required voltage and current values to check whether the test piece can withstand this voltage value. The high - voltage part of this machine adopts oil - immersed high - voltage transformers and dry - type voltage regulators.
Functional Features:
1) Full digital technology is adopted. The test voltage, test time, breakdown current and voltage - rising speed can be set through the touch screen. 2) The voltage - rising speed is controlled by a servo motor, enabling precise control of the test speed. 3) Safety lock function: A safety lock is set for the test operation. The high - voltage cannot be activated without unlocking. 4) Safety door function: The high - voltage cannot be activated if the safety door is not closed, ensuring the safety of testers.
