Fully Automatic Stripping Machine for Automotive Wires
The fully automatic stripping machine for automotive wires complies with the standards of GB/T2951 - 2008 and IEC60811 *General Test Methods for Insulating and Sheathing Materials of Cables and Optical Fibers*, meeting the requirements for testing the mechanical and physical properties of polymer insulation and sheathing materials. This machine can be used in conjunction to complete mechanical property tests, thermal aging tests, thermal elongation tests and thermal stability tests of samples, thus ensuring that products meet the standard requirements.
Technical Features:
1. Adopting digital technology to achieve one - click digital setting of stripping thickness. 2. Calibrating the origin before slicing and automatically returning to the origin after slicing.

1. Maximum working surface width: 190mm 2. Stripping speed: 16.7m/min (adjustable) (Upper and lower press rollers: rotation speed 110 revolutions per minute) 3. Adjustment range of the upper press roller (maximum feeding thickness): 0 - 10mm 4. Slicing thickness: 0.6 - 1.5mm 5. Blade material: Imported high - speed steel, surgical - knife grade 6.
