Screw-down Bearings
Screw-down Bearings PerformanceScrew-down bearings(taper roller thrust bearing) are used at the ends of the adjusting screws of rolling mills. Such thrust roller bearings are designed with full roller complement for maximum load capacity. The face profile of the shaft washer of the TTSX type is convex,Website:, while that of the TTSV type is concave. Holes or threads in the inner or outer ring are used for lifting as shown in the figures.Dimensions (mm)Basic Load Ratings(kN)Bearing No.Mass(kg)DD1d1TRM2M1rC0a≈min.6M121.51630TTSV .2M121.51630TTSX .6M121.52180TTSV M121.52180TTSX M121.52540TTSV M201.52540TTSX M201.53370TTSV M201.53370TTSX .8M201.54130TTSV .6M201.54130TTSX M241.57370TTSV M202.57370TTSX .2M242.58230TTSV .2M24M302.58220TTSV .4M24M301.58550TTSX M24M30311300TTSV M24M30311300TTSX M24M36318500TTSV M24M36318500TTSX .8M24M36319100TTSV .8M24M36319100TTSX M24M36320380TTSV M24M36320380TTSX M24M36321380TTSV M24M36321380TTSX M24M42323540TTSV .4M24M36321540TTSX M30M42324170TTSV M30M42324170TTSX M30M42328670TTSV .81740M30M42328670TTSX M30M42431540TTSX M30M48438430TTSX M30M48540150TTSX 800930
