Main uses

The shoelace eye wear testing machine is mainly used to test the wear resistance of shoelace and shoe eye under repeated friction. The device evaluates its durability and service life by simulating the friction action of the shoelace against the eye of the shoe during actual use. The test results can be used for the quality control of footwear manufacturing enterprises, the research and development of new shoe types and the performance testing of footwear products by quality inspection institutions.

Product Features

Mechanism designed to simulate the friction between a shoelace and a shoe eyelet through repeated relative motion.

Multiple test stations or sample groups (generally multi-group, such as 6 groups) to test several shoelace-eyelet pairs concurrently.

System for holding the eyelet securely.

System for threading the shoelace through the eyelet and applying a controlled test load or tension (generally 250g or 455$pm$5g, adjustable).

Mechanism to create repeated relative motion between the shoelace and eyelet, often a reciprocating or flexing action.

Controllable test speed (generally 60$pm$3 times/min or 100$pm$5 times/min, adjustable) for the friction cycles.

Counter to track the number of test cycles performed, with a wide presettable range times).

Automatic stop function when the preset number of test cycles is reached or when sample failure occurs (e.g., shoelace breaks).

Robust construction designed to withstand continuous, repetitive testing.

Technical parameters

Sample group number: generally multi-group, such as 6 groups, in order to test multiple samples at the same time, improve work efficiency.

Test speed: indicates the moving speed of the fixture during the test, generally 60±3 times/min or 100±5 times/min, the specific speed can be set according to the test requirements and standards.

Test times: A wide range of test times can be preset, such as 0-99999999 times, to ensure that various test needs can be met. During the test, the device automatically stops when the preset number of times is reached.

Test load: Used to simulate the tension of shoelaces during use, generally 250g or 455±5g, the specific load can be set according to test requirements and standards.
