Product Introduction:
Safety hat anti-static performance tester according to the new national standard GB/T 2812-2006 "Safety hat test Method", GB/T 2811-2019 "Safety hat" development, used to test the anti-static requirements of safety hats, engineering plastics, helmets and other anti-static performance, high degree of automation, easy to operate, Widely used in safety helmet production enterprises and quality inspection units.

Product Features:
Mechanism for applying electrodes to the test surface or through the volume of the safety helmet or material sample.
Electrodes with specific dimensions (100mm length, 1mm width) made of metal foil, designed for parallel placement.
Low resistance conductive glue or paste used in conjunction with the electrodes to ensure good electrical contact.
Capability to apply selectable DC test voltages (100VDC, 250V, 500V, 1000V).
Wide test resistance range (1×104Ω to 2×1010Ω) to cover the typical range for antistatic materials.
LED digital display for showing the measured resistance value.
Automatic range conversion function for simplified measurement across different resistance levels.
Simple operation panel and large screen display.
Multiple trigger options for initiating the test (internal, manual, external).
High test accuracy with a specified indication error of $pm$1%.
Integrated and portable design.
