Contact Heat Resistance Evaluation Tester
Product Details
The contact heat resistance tester evaluates materials' ability to withstand high-temperature contact heat by measuring the time required for specimen temperature to rise 10°C under specified pressure and heating conditions. This critical time determination provides quantitative assessment for thermal protection material development and performance evaluation.

Suitable for testing thermal protection performance of firefighter suits, heat-resistant gloves, and related materials.

1. High-temperature heating element (Φ25.2mm) with:
a. Sensitive thermocouple sensor
b. Temperature settable from room temperature to 500°C
2. Insulated heating element coating to prevent heat dissipation interference
3. 49N contact force provided by weighted pressure plate
4. Alumina-anodized temperature probe (Φ25mm, 5mm) with ±0.1°C accuracy
5. Motorized sample holder system:
a. 5mm/s precise motion control
b. Contact heating body at controlled speed
6. One-touch testing with LED display showing:
a. Initial specimen temperature
b. Real-time temperature
c. Critical 10°C rise time (±0.1s resolution)
