Aluminum Refining Flux (Powder) ZS-AJ2
Refining, purification and slag removal: This product is used by the air-borne method, and can be easily used in reverberatory furnace and large melting furnaces. AJ1, generally called deslagging and degassing flux, has strong capability of refining and purification; AJ101A is low-temperature deslagging flux; AJ2 is sound in comprehensive performance, not binding to furnace sediment and fee of smoke smell in use, thus environmental friendly; AJ6 is free of sodium.
Application:
1. Pressure casting (engine cylinder head);
2. Sand casting;
3. Metal mould casting (damping cylinder, piston, engine cylinder and motorcycle cylinder head);
4. Low pressure casting (aluminum wheel);
5. Electrolytic aluminum and electrical aluminum rod;
6. Aluminum plate, strip, bar and sections;
7. Formulation of designing aluminum master alloy;
8. Aluminum scrap melting.
