High-hardness titanium carbide rods for heavy machinery
硬质合金制成的碳化钛圆棒具有优异的导电性,可用于制作电火花加工的电极。在精密模具的电火花成型中,可确保较低的电极损耗和较高的加工精度。其具有优异的抗疲劳性能,在反复冲击载荷下不易开裂,适用于制造高频振动的工具部件。在核能领域,由于其突出的抗辐射性能,常被用作核反应堆内部零件的加工刀具。硬质合金的碳化钛圆棒是以碳化钛为主要硬质相,钴或镍为粘结相,采用粉末冶金工艺制成的高性能棒材。其硬度高达HRC85以上,耐磨性远超普通钢材,即使在500℃以上的高温环境下,仍能保持稳定的性能。该圆棒具有极高的尺寸精度,直径公差可控制在±0.01mm以内,表面粗糙度低至Ra0.02μm。非常适合制造精密切削刀具、模芯等,在加工不锈钢、钛合金等难切削材料时,用它制成的刀具寿命是高速钢刀具的10至20倍,可显著提高生产效率。
