Following precision polishing, the surface roughness can reach as low as Ra 0.01 μm, minimizing friction-induced damage to wires and enhancing the breaking strength of metallic wires by 10%. In automotive brake cable manufacturing, the consistent guidance provided by these guide wheels ensures uniform cable tension, effectively mitigating the risk of in-service failure due to breakage.
