Titanium carbide hard guide wheels for industrial transmission

The titanium carbide hard alloy guide wheel exhibits exceptional thermal shock resistance, maintaining structural integrity without cracking under rapid temperature fluctuations from room temperature to 300°C and back. This characteristic makes it highly suitable for intermittent manufacturing operations. The guide wheels are available in a wide range of dimensions, with diameters spanning 50 mm to 500 mm and widths from 10 mm to 100 mm, enabling compatibility with various drawing and rolling equipment configurations. In optical fiber and cable production, these guide wheels ensure precise fiber alignment, maintaining signal attenuation below 0.2 dB/km and thereby guaranteeing high-quality communication performance. The operational temperature range of titanium carbide guide wheels extends from -100°C to 600°C, ensuring stable performance in both cryogenic pipe manufacturing and high-temperature hot rolling processes. Featuring an integrated hub and flange design, the guide wheels eliminate potential failure risks associated with welded or bonded joints, resulting in an extended service life exceeding 100,000 hours. In cable manufacturing applications, they effectively control the concentricity of the insulation layer, maintaining deviations within 0.05 mm and ensuring optimal electrical characteristics.
