In automotive brake cable production, the stable guidance provided by these wheels ensures consistent cable tension, reducing the risk of in-service failure. Guide wheels made from tungsten carbide-based hard alloys demonstrate excellent thermal shock resistance, remaining crack-free under rapid temperature fluctuations—from room temperature to 300 °C and back—making them ideal for intermittent operational environments.
