This guide wheel is customizable with various groove geometries—including V-shaped, U-shaped, and semi-circular profiles—tailored to the dimensional and mechanical specifications of wire or tubular materials, thereby accommodating diverse production requirements. Following precision surface polishing, the wheel achieves a surface roughness of Ra 0.01 μm, significantly minimizing friction-induced surface damage to wires and enhancing the tensile strength of metallic wires by up to 10%. In automotive brake line manufacturing, the wheel’s high-precision guidance ensures consistent tension control throughout the drawing process, mitigating risks of in-service failure due to localized stress concentration or premature fracture.
