The complex aluminum casting byis a new technology which takes the electromagnetic pump low-pressure casting technology as the core, the aluminum smelting and molding compound purification technology and the manufacturing industry as the core to produce high-quality aluminum casting. Electromagnetic pump low pressure casting molten metal transfer system has a stable flow, flow control is convenient, ease the process of molten alumina suction and easy to achieve the advantages of the use of automation process, which not only improve the quality of casting aluminum casting, but also can improve the working environment. Reduce labor intensity and realize automatic and modern casting production.

Purification of fused enamel alloy castings is an important part of aluminum smelting and composite purification facilities in addition to gas injection and spin foam ceramic filters with high degasification, unless the performance of the metal inclusion. In addition, it USES a new long life lining material with a separate insulation/heating system that can be used for mass continuous production as well as for batch production. This technology of smelting aluminum purification efficiency, long life, low cost effective, easy to install, use and flexible. There are three main aspects to consider when solving complex problems of aluminum casting quality:

(1) liquid aluminum smelting and melting,

(2) smooth transition of molten aluminum metal halide lamp,

(3) size and stability of the mold and core process.
